$100 Gift Card Offer Terms & Conditions

The $100 Gift Card Offer is available to the first ten (10) eligible homeowners who submit the Free Home Evaluation registration form and satisfy all eligibility requirements below.

Promotion ends October 31, 2026, or once all ten (10) available gift cards have been claimed by eligible registrants, whichever occurs first.

Eligibility

To qualify for the $100 Gift Card Offer, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Be a registered owner of the residential property submitted for the home evaluation.
  • Be genuinely considering selling the submitted property within the next six (6) months.
  • Not currently be subject to a listing agreement, representation agreement, or other agreement for real estate services with another real estate brokerage in connection with the sale of the submitted property.
  • Provide accurate and complete contact and property information.
  • Complete any reasonable eligibility verification requested by The Sur Group, which may include confirming property ownership, anticipated selling timeframe, and current representation status.
  • Have received this offer in, or own an eligible property located within, the geographic area to which this promotion applies.

This promotion is not intended to solicit individuals who are currently under contract or a representation agreement with another real estate brokerage.

Gift Card

The first ten (10) eligible registrants who satisfy all eligibility requirements will each receive one gift card with a value of CAD $100.

The specific retailer, merchant, or type of gift card will be selected by The Sur Group in its discretion.

  • The gift card has a value of CAD $100.
  • The gift card cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash through The Sur Group.
  • The gift card cannot be substituted for another gift card, cash payment, credit, rebate, or other item at the recipient's request.
  • The offer is limited to one gift card per person, household, and property.

The Sur Group may substitute the selected gift card with another gift card of equal CAD $100 value if the originally selected gift card becomes unavailable.

First 10 Eligible Registrants

Submitting the form does not by itself guarantee receipt of a gift card.

Gift cards are limited to the first ten (10) registrants who meet all eligibility requirements. Eligibility will be determined based on the order in which completed registrations are received, subject to verification.

Duplicate, incomplete, fraudulent, automated, or otherwise ineligible submissions will not count toward the ten available gift cards.

If a registrant is determined to be ineligible, the offer will pass to the next eligible registrant in the order registrations were received.

Verification

The Sur Group reserves the right to reasonably verify that a registrant meets the eligibility requirements before issuing a gift card.

If information supplied in the registration is inaccurate, misleading, unverifiable, or does not satisfy the eligibility requirements, the registration may be deemed ineligible.

No Obligation to List

Receiving a home evaluation or qualifying for the gift card does not require the homeowner to enter into a listing agreement or representation agreement with The Sur Group or its brokerage, and no purchase or completed real estate transaction is required.

Availability and Changes

The offer is available until October 31, 2026, or while the ten (10) promotional gift cards remain available, whichever occurs first.

The offer may not be combined with another promotional offer unless otherwise stated.

The Sur Group reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the promotion where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control, provided that any gift card already earned by an eligible participant will be honoured.

This promotion is subject to applicable laws, regulations, and brokerage policies.
